The GoodFood GF-PS903-HC saladette is a refrigerated prep table with a granite worktop for short-term storage and display of salads, appetisers and side dishes in GN pans. It suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as foodservice businesses that need a convenient station for portioning cold dishes.
The body is made of stainless steel, the worktop is granite, with a 465 mm work surface depth. The top holds 8x GN1/6 pans (supplied without pans and lids), while the refrigerated volume behind the doors is used for food storage. Cooling is static with fan assistance, temperature range +2...+8°C, running on a Cubigel compressor, Carel thermostat and R290 refrigerant.
