The Saro GIANNI PS 903 pizza preparation table offers a larger built-in refrigerated compartment for storing toppings and semi-finished ingredients, suited to schools, kindergartens and hospitals with higher daily preparation volumes.
The body and interior are made of stainless steel, with a granite worktop. The table has three self-closing doors; the 400-litre refrigerated compartment holds 3 height-adjustable grids measuring 325×570 mm and 3 sets of support rails. The worktop area above accommodates 8x 1/6 GN containers (sold separately). The +2…+8°C temperature range is maintained by static cooling with a circulating air fan, the evaporator is foamed on three sides, and the unit includes automatic defrost and a DIXELL digital temperature control.
