The Hurakan HKN-GXSD3GN-GC saladette is a three-door refrigerated prep table for salads, pizza and cold appetizers, featuring a granite worktop and a glass canopy above the work section. It suits kitchens in schools, kindergartens, hospitals, as well as cafes, restaurants and buffet-style venues that need to shield an open ingredient zone from contact by guests or staff without hiding the presentation of the dishes.
The 465 mm deep granite worktop stays cool thanks to the refrigerated cabinet underneath and remains cold even in a warm room. The glass canopy above the top section shields the gastronorm pans from the dining room side: guests can see the contents through the glass but cannot touch the food or transfer heat from their hands into the chilled zone. Overall table height is 1075 mm — 105 mm taller than the version without the glass canopy — giving the unit a taller profile that stands out as a distinct station in the dining area or kitchen.
