The GoodFood GF-S903SQ-HC saladette is a refrigerated prep table for short-term storage and display of salads, appetizers and side dishes. It suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice businesses preparing meals on site every day.
The body, worktop, interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, with rounded bottom corners for easy cleaning and a glass lid. The top accommodates GN pans in a 2x GN1/1 + 3x GN1/6 or 4x GN1/1 combination (supplied without pans and lids). Refrigerated capacity is 368 L, operating temperature +2 to +8°C, static cooling with fan assistance. It runs on a Cubigel compressor, Carel thermostat and R290 refrigerant, climate class 4, energy class C. Shelves, rails and adjustable feet are included.
