The GoodFood GF-SH2000-800-HC saladette is a refrigerated prep counter with an 800 mm deep worktop sized for GN1/3 gastronorm containers. It is used in salad, cold appetizer and sandwich preparation areas in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other institutional catering facilities.
