The GoodFood GF-SH3000-800-HC saladette is a refrigerated prep table with a work surface for GN1/3 gastronorm containers, designed for preparing salads, cold appetizers and other dishes that require chilled ingredients close at hand. The refrigerated chamber has a capacity of 417 litres, with a worktop depth of 800 mm.
The body and worktop are made of stainless steel, and shelves and runners for gastronorm containers are included. Cooling in the chamber is static with fan assistance, helping to distribute cold air evenly. A Cubigel compressor and Carel thermostat maintain a temperature of +2…+8 °C.
