The Cooleq PS 903 refrigerated dough table combines a chef's worktop with a refrigerated cabinet for storing ingredients right in the kitchen of a school, kindergarten, hospital or other institution with organized catering, where dough, fillings and semi-finished products are prepared with cooling right at the workstation.
The worktop is made of granite measuring 1365×461 mm — a convenient surface for rolling dough and working with chilled ingredients. The table body is stainless steel, with a static-cooling refrigerated cabinet built into the base, offering 400 L of volume behind three doors. The operating range is +2 to +8°C, capacity is 8x GN 1/6 pans (pans not included in the delivery set), and the refrigeration unit is located under the table.
