The Tefcold GP92 pizza prep table combines a worktop with a refrigerated cabinet for storing the ingredients used to prepare pizza and other dishes in an institutional kitchen. The body is made of AISI 201 stainless steel, meeting the requirements for food-service equipment.
The 230-litre refrigerated section has two solid hinged doors and maintains a temperature range of +2 to +10°C through dynamic (fan-assisted) cooling on R600A refrigerant. Automatic defrost reduces the need for manual maintenance during the kitchen's daily operation.
