The Tefcold PT1310-I pizza prep table is refrigeration equipment for kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions that regularly prepare pastries, pizza and other dough-based dishes for pupils, children or patients. The design combines a refrigerated storage zone with a convenient work surface for shaping products on the spot.
The table body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a granite worktop that withstands loads and temperature changes. The table has two self-closing solid swing doors and a separate, non-refrigerated section with seven pull-out dough drawers. Each refrigerated compartment has rails for seven 400×600 mm pizza trays. Cooling is dynamic with automatic defrost, the refrigerant is R600A, the operating temperature range is +2…+10°C, and the chamber capacity is 370 L.
