The GoodFood GF-PZ1610TN-HC refrigerated pizza prep table combines a granite worktop with a built-in cooling section, keeping ingredients within reach of the cook. It suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice businesses preparing pizza, pastries and dishes that require chilled ingredients close to the workstation.
The body is made of stainless steel, and the granite worktop has a 150 mm splashguard. The built-in refrigeration unit is mounted on the side and runs on R290 refrigerant with a Cubigel compressor and a Carel thermostat. The operating range is -2°C to +8°C, cooling is static with fan assistance, climate class 4, energy class C. Self-closing doors have a replaceable magnetic gasket, and shelves with rails are included.
