The Hurakan HKN-GXSD2GN-GC saladette is a refrigerated prep table for salads, pizza toppings and cold appetizers, fitted with a granite worktop and a glass display shield above the work area. It suits kitchens in schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other public-sector facilities, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants that prepare large volumes of cold dishes daily and need a dedicated station for cutting and portioning.
The granite worktop sits above the refrigerated cabinet and stays cool even in a warm kitchen, letting staff lay out ingredients, plate dishes and assemble portions directly on the surface without moving products to a separate board or table. The material does not absorb odors, resists knife marks with careful use, and cleans easily with any food-safe detergent. The glass shield above the work area separates ingredients from direct contact by staff or visitors while keeping them visible for presentation. The two-door lower cabinet gives access to the main stock of ingredients for a shift.
