Hurakan HKN-GXSD3GN 3-Door Saladette with Granite Top

The Hurakan HKN-GXSD3GN saladette is a three-door refrigerated prep table for salads and cold appetizers, featuring a granite worktop and an open top section for 7 GN 1/6 pans. It is designed for kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as cafes, restaurants and quick-service outlets that need one station to both store the main stock of ingredients and keep everything for the current shift within easy reach.

Total refrigerated cabinet volume is 342 L, split by three doors into three independent compartments — staff open only the section they need, and the temperature in the others stays unchanged. Each compartment has a 325×530 mm shelf for standard gastronorm pans and trays. Cooling is static, with 35 mm insulation and R600a refrigerant; the +2…+8°C range holds even in a room up to +38°C (climate class 4). The open top section for 7 GN 1/6 pans gives instant access to toppings, sauces or chopped ingredients without lifting lids — pans are not included. The 465 mm deep granite worktop stays cool from the cabinet below and doesn't warm up from hands or ambient air, so food on it stays fresh-looking even during busy service.
