The GoodFood GF-GN3100SALGC-HC saladette chiller table is combined refrigeration equipment for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafes and pizzerias that need an under-counter chiller together with a chilled top section for short-term storage and display of salads, toppings and pizza ingredients.
The upper gastronorm sections are designed for short-term storage and display of salads, appetizers and side dishes, while the overall refrigerated volume behind the doors is used for food storage. The stainless steel worktop without a rim serves as a working surface. The cabinet is made of stainless steel, with a rounded bottom corner on the inner and outer surfaces for easy cleaning.
