HURAKAN HKN-GXPZ3GR 3-Door Pizza Prep Table with Granite Top

The HURAKAN HKN-GXPZ3GR pizza prep table is a three-door work station with a 1340×670 mm granite top and a bottom-mounted refrigeration unit. The 350 L table is built for pizzerias, cafes and foodservice operations that roll dough directly on the work surface every day: granite holds cold longer than metal, so dough does not stick or warm up from hand contact.

Three doors give access to three independent sections of the cabinet — the cook reaches dough, cheese or sauce without opening the whole volume or raising the temperature in the other compartments. Static cooling with 55 mm insulation maintains +2...+8°C even in a hot kitchen (climate class 4), while the bottom-mounted unit keeps the worktop clear and leaves room for a topping rail on top. The body is AISI 201 stainless steel, the refrigerant is R290, and the energy class is E. Table height of 1000 mm is taller than a standard prep table, letting the cook stand upright while rolling dough instead of leaning forward.
