HURAKAN HKN-GXSD2GN 2-Door Salad Station with Granite Top

The HURAKAN HKN-GXSD2GN 2-door salad station with granite top combines a 219 L refrigerated cabinet with an open top section for five GN 1/6 pans under a granite worktop. It is built for salad prep, portioning and serving in canteens of educational institutions, hospitals and foodservice businesses, where ingredients need to stay within the cook's reach through the whole shift.

The 465 mm deep granite worktop holds low temperature from the cooled cabinet below and warms up slowly even in a room without air conditioning — it is well suited for laying out ingredients and building portions without moving product to a separate board. Five open GN 1/6 slots let the cook reach each pan with a single forward motion, without lifting a lid. The 219 L lower cabinet is split by two doors into two independent compartments — opening one does not change the temperature in the other. A 325×530 mm shelf in each compartment takes standard gastronorm pans without extra inserts. Static cooling with 35 mm insulation on R600a refrigerant maintains +2...+8°C, and the body is AISI 201 stainless steel.
