Hurakan HKN-GXSD3GN-SC 3-Door Saladette

The Hurakan HKN-GXSD3GN-SC saladette is a three-door refrigerated prep table for salads and cold appetizers, with an open top section for 8 GN 1/6 pans and a stainless steel work surface. It suits kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as buffet lines in cafes and restaurants, where ingredients need to be laid out in a row with constant access to every position.

GN 1/6 pans are wider and shorter than GN 1/4, so eight positions along the 450 mm deep work surface give a classic layout for a salad-assembly or buffet line: leafy greens, chopped vegetables, dressings, protein and toppings each get their own section without crowding. Staff stand in front of the display and reach any container without bending. The 378 L lower cabinet is split by three doors into three independent compartments — each opens separately, and the temperature in the others stays unchanged. The stainless steel AISI 201 work surface withstands direct contact with food, knives and cutting boards and cleans with any food-safe product.
