The Robot Coupe C 80 automatic sieve is a compact tabletop machine for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that prepare fruit coulis and purées, vegetable mousses, sauce bases, bisques and fish soups. The unit separates pips, skin, fibres and bones from the finished product without crushing them.
A 650 W induction motor running at 1500 rpm delivers output of up to 60 kg/h. Continuous feed and continuous waste ejection speed up the workflow, and a perforated basket with 1 mm holes is included. The body, motor unit, base and hopper are made of stainless steel.
