The Sirman APOLLO citrus juicer is used in kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions to prepare freshly squeezed juice from oranges, lemons and other citrus fruit as part of children's and patients' diets.
A 150 W motor drives the cone at 320 rpm. The removable stainless steel bowl and seamless body simplify daily cleaning, while a safety microswitch on the cone activates the juicer only when the fruit is pressed down.
