Inside is a removable stainless steel bowl that goes straight into the dishwasher; an ABS bowl is available from the manufacturer on separate request. The set includes two reamer cones of different diameters and a separate strainer — enough to process oranges, grapefruits and lemons of different sizes without swapping attachments. Staff safety is covered by a patented microswitch: the mechanism activates automatically only while the fruit is pressed against the cone and stops as soon as pressure is released.
