The HURAKAN HKN-AGRL citrus juicer with lever press is professional equipment for foodservice businesses, cafes, bars and buffets in educational and healthcare institutions that need to prepare fresh-squeezed juice from oranges, lemons or grapefruits quickly. The mechanical lever applies even pressure to the fruit and extracts juice fully without manual rotation.
The unit body is made of aluminium, a material that withstands the constant mechanical load from the lever and does not deform under intensive daily use. The bowl, cone and strainer that come into contact with juice are made of stainless steel: they do not absorb odours, do not discolour from citric acid, and clean easily under hot water or in a dishwasher. The cone rotation speed is 1800 rpm, and the unit is fitted with a micro-switch that activates rotation only when the lever is pressed.
