Sirman APOLLO Citrus Juicer with Safety Microswitch

The Sirman APOLLO citrus juicer is a compact Italian-made unit for the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals that need to prepare freshly squeezed juice in noticeable volumes every day. Its rounded body, free of sharp edges or seams, is quick to wipe down and meets hygiene requirements for food-service premises.

The juice bowl is made of stainless steel, is removable and dishwasher safe; an ABS bowl is available on request. The set includes two reamer cones of different sizes and a separate strainer, allowing citrus fruit of various sizes to be processed. The unit is fitted with a patented safety microswitch on the cone: the juicer only runs while the fruit is pressed against the cone, improving safety for kitchen staff; a version without the microswitch is also available.
