HURAKAN HKN-HBH850M PRO Bar Blender

The HURAKAN HKN-HBH850M PRO bar blender is built for making cocktails and smoothies at bar counters in foodservice venues, campus cafes and high-turnover outlets. Three fixed cycle durations — 35, 60 or 90 seconds — start with a single button and run unattended: pick the one that fits the ingredient, start it, and move on to the next order.

The unit stops automatically once the selected cycle is complete, so there is no need to stand by and watch a timer. A dedicated pulse mode delivers a series of short bursts instead of one continuous run: ice cubes, frozen fruit and fibrous mixtures blend better this way than with a single long cycle, and the motor is under less strain. At a blade speed of 38,000 rpm, the blender processes frozen ingredients into a smooth texture with no leftover chunks.
