The EWT INOX CBS10/CMES blender is designed for chopping food and preparing purées, sauces and drinks in school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens that need fast, high-volume processing.
The 2 L working jar is made of clear plastic with a fill-level scale that makes it easy to track volume while preparing food. A handle is provided for removing the jar, and a pusher for feeding ingredients during operation. Speed is adjusted smoothly with a rotary dial from 20,000 to 32,000 rpm, and the unit also has a turbo mode for short bursts of intensive chopping. The blender is built for heavy daily use and stands on stable feet.
