The EWT INOX CBS30/CMES bar blender prepares fruit purées, cocktails with fruit chunks, ice or chocolate, and other drinks in school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens with group catering.
The 2.5 L working jar is made of polycarbonate, and the housing is plastic. The rotating blade chops, whips and mixes the jar contents at once, with speed adjusted via a smooth variator across a 20,000/38,000 rpm range. An additional lid lets ingredients be added while the blender is running, and removable blades make cleaning and maintenance straightforward after use.
