Regional school-meal combines and large hospital catering departments preparing hundreds of portions a day need equipment with enough power in reserve. The Sirman IP 120 XP BA is built around a 120 kg (162 L) bowl and fitted with two higher-output motors — 1 HP each on single-phase power or 1.5 HP each on three-phase — for even mixing of large batches without overloading the drive.
The body and bowl are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the bowl has an automatic tilt lock plus a safety lock. The unit moves on two lockable stainless steel swivel wheels. The drive is an oil-bath gearbox with hardened, ground helical gears and double sealing on the bowl and gearbox; the gearbox housing and control panel are isolated from contact with the product. The IP67-rated stainless steel control panel offers reverse, auto-off and an automatic cycle with reverse.
