The GoodFood SM15 stuffing mixer is a more compact model for blending minced meat with spices, salt, water or other additional components in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions with centralised catering. It is used for preparing cutlets, meatballs, fillings and other meat semi-finished products in moderate volumes.
The SM15 has a steel housing, and its 1500 W motor delivers a throughput of 60–90 kg of mince per hour — enough for kitchens with medium production volumes. A reverse function changes the direction of the working element's rotation for more even mixing and convenient unloading of the finished mince.

Being more compact than the larger model in the range, the SM15 suits kitchens that do not need maximum throughput but value a smaller footprint in the production area — school and kindergarten canteens, smaller hospital kitchens and mid-sized catering plants.
When choosing a stuffing mixer, it helps to consider the planned volume of mince production per shift: for institutions with moderate workloads, the SM15 provides sufficient throughput without taking up unnecessary floor space in the production room.
