The GoodFood SM2 horizontal meat mixer is compact equipment for blending minced meat with additional ingredients in kitchens with moderate production volumes. Its loading bowl, measuring 225x180x190 mm, is smaller than the one on the larger SM5 model, making the SM2 a convenient choice for smaller kitchens.
A 370 W drive runs on a 220 V supply and delivers an output of 15-20 kg per hour. Unlike the SM5, this machine has no reverse function, so the mixture is unloaded in the standard way. The housing is made of steel.
