The AIRHOT MME-11 mince mixer is designed to blend ground meat into a uniform consistency in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and catering complexes. It also works well for fish mince, vegetable stews, curd cheese and stiff dough.
The unit has an electric drive, and both the housing and kneading paddle are made of stainless steel. The kneading paddle is removable for easy cleaning after use.
