The Sirman IP 50 XP BA is a floor-standing meat mixer for centralised production kitchens in school meal combines, hospital catering departments and preschool facilities that serve several groups or buildings at once. A 50 kg (88 L) bowl and two mixing arms working together handle large batches of minced meat for cutlets, meatballs, cabbage rolls and similar dishes in a single cycle.
The frame is built from AISI 304 stainless steel. The bowl tilts and locks automatically, with a safety lock protecting the discharge process. The unit runs on two lockable stainless steel swivel wheels for easy movement around the kitchen. The gearbox operates in an oil bath on hardened, ground helical gears, with double sealing on both the bowl and the gearbox, while the gearbox housing and control panel are fully shielded from product ingress. The IP67-rated control panel supports reverse rotation and an automatic cycle with reverse.
