The Sirman IP 10 M bench-top mixer is a compact model for the kitchens of small schools and kindergartens, where minced meat, fillings or salad mixes need to be prepared from time to time without installing floor-standing equipment.
The unit sits on a work table and runs on a single-phase supply. The 15 L bowl (up to 10 kg of product) is formed together with an AISI 304 stainless steel body, and the gearbox runs in an oil bath on hardened, ground helical gears that extend the drive's service life.
