When a single kitchen line cannot keep up with a large institution — a school meal combine, a multi-building hospital or a large preschool education centre — the Sirman IP 80 XP BA steps in with an 80 kg (110 L) bowl. Two mixing arms work at once on a large volume of minced meat, cutting the time needed to prepare dishes for service.
The unit is built from AISI 304 stainless steel; the bowl tilts and locks automatically, and a safety lock prevents accidental opening during operation. Two lockable stainless steel swivel wheels make it easy to move. The drive mechanism is an oil-bath gearbox with hardened, ground helical gears and double sealing on both the bowl and the gearbox; the gearbox housing and control panel are fully shielded from contact with the product. The IP67-rated control panel supports both reverse and automatic cycles with reverse.
