The Sirman IP 20 M bench-top mixer is built for larger mixing batches than the smaller model in the line, and suits central kitchens of hospitals, boarding schools and multi-group kindergartens, where minced meat, fillings and salad mixes are prepared in 20 kg batches.
The 28 L bowl is formed together with an AISI 304 stainless steel body, and the gearbox runs in an oil bath on hardened helical gears with double sealing against leaks. Unlike the smaller model in the line, this unit has a front outlet opening for shaft removal and unloading the finished product, which simplifies servicing during daily high-load operation.
