The IP 180 XP BA is the largest meat mixer in this Sirman line-up, built around a 250 L (180 kg) bowl. It suits centralised kitchens that supply ready meals to several schools, kindergartens or hospital buildings at once: two 1.5 HP motors run on three-phase power only, delivering stable mixing of large batches of minced meat in a single cycle.
The bowl and body are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The bowl tilts and locks automatically, with a safety lock for safe unloading. The unit stands on two lockable stainless steel swivel wheels. The gearbox runs in an oil bath on hardened, ground helical gears, with double sealing on the bowl and gearbox, while the gearbox housing and control panel are fully isolated from the product. The IP67-rated control panel provides reverse, auto-off and an automatic cycle with reverse.
