HURAKAN HKN-PICO12M Bread Slicer

The HURAKAN HKN-PICO12M bread slicer is a countertop industrial machine for slicing bread and loaves at a fixed 12 mm thickness. It is built for daily use in the canteens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as in bakeries and cafés where bread is sliced in large batches before serving.

32 stainless-steel blades cut a whole loaf in a single pass — the entire loaf comes out sliced at once, without the repeated strokes needed in slicer-type machines where each slice is cut individually. Output reaches 240 loaves per hour, enough to cover the needs of a canteen or a large café without a queue during peak hours. The maximum loaf size accepted is 165×375 mm, matching a standard sliced loaf or tin wheat bread. The unit weighs 62 kg due to its load-bearing frame and protective guards, plugs into a standard 220 V outlet, and needs no forced cooling during continuous shift-long operation.
