The GoodFood BS12T31VIP Professional Bread Slicer is a floor-standing machine built for daily use in bakeries and foodservice businesses, as well as school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that need to slice large batches of bread for service.
A 31-blade cutting unit slices bread 12 mm thick and delivers throughput of up to 500 loaves per hour. All surfaces in contact with the bread are made of stainless steel. The maximum loaf height is 180 mm, and the working length is 385 mm.
