The Apach APP5 potato peeler is equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach for mechanized peeling of potatoes and root vegetables in kitchens with a high volume of vegetable preparation — schools, kindergartens, hospitals and catering plants.
The machine's output is 150 kg/h with a maximum single load of 5 kg. The disc rotation speed is 270 rpm, and one cleaning cycle takes 60-90 seconds, adjustable via a built-in timer. It runs on 220/380 V power with a 0.37 kW motor. The body is entirely made of stainless steel, driven by a belt transmission from a ventilated asynchronous motor. The cover is made of unbreakable transparent plastic, allowing the peeling process to be monitored. A pull-out waste filter drawer is included.
