The Pimak BPS-25 potato peeler is designed for mechanically peeling potatoes and other root vegetables in the preparation areas of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and catering combines that process large volumes of vegetables every day.
The drum takes a load of up to 25 kg of product per cycle. The unit runs on 220-380 V power with an output of 1.10 kW (1.5 hp). The housing is made entirely of stainless steel, with a design simplified for daily cleaning. The abrasive element in contact with the product is made of food-grade material. A cycle timer and an optional digital display are provided.
