Fimar PPF10M Potato Peeler, up to 10 kg per Cycle

The Fimar PPF10M potato peeler (Italy) is built for mechanised peeling of potatoes and similar root vegetables in institutional kitchens of schools and healthcare facilities that cook potato dishes in large volumes every day.

The loading hopper holds ± 10 kg of product per cycle, with the machine reaching an output of 120 kg/h. The body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the upper cover is clear food-grade polycarbonate, allowing the peeling process to be monitored. Inside, a replaceable abrasive plate (PTA) does the work, while an automatic water jet helps flush out peeling waste during operation. A timer sets the cycle length from 0 to 4 minutes, and an ejection button simplifies unloading the finished product. Operation is protected by safety microswitches on the upper lid and inlet. The motor delivers 0.75 kW at 230V/1N/50Hz or 230-400V/3-3N/50Hz.
