The GoodFood PPF10D potato peeler is designed for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice businesses that need to quickly peel potatoes, carrots, beets, ginger and other round or oval vegetables and fruit.
Peeling is done by mechanical action of the working elements on root vegetables inside a 10 L hopper. The frame is made of stainless steel, and the top cover is clear food-grade polycarbonate. An automatic water jet feed eases skin removal, and a removable abrasive disc is included. Output reaches 180-200 kg/h, with a 2-3 minute cycle. It runs on 230 V power with a 550 W motor.
