HURAKAN HKN-PP20 20kg Potato Peeler

The HURAKAN HKN-PP20 potato peeler is designed for cleaning round and elongated vegetables and fruit: potatoes, carrots, beetroot. The machine suits the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as canteens and restaurants with high daily volumes of vegetable prep.

The loading hopper holds 20 kg per cycle, with a hopper size of 377×350 mm. The abrasive drum rotates at 320 rpm, the cleaning cycle takes 120–180 seconds, and output reaches up to 225 kg per hour. The body is made of stainless steel, and its 1110 mm height sits above a standard work table, so tubers can be loaded without bending down. The unit is typically placed in the prep area next to a wash sink: once peeled, vegetables go straight into water, while peelings drain into the sewer line. It connects to a 220 V supply.
