The HURAKAN HKN-PPF15D is an industrial potato peeler for daily processing of potatoes, carrots, beets and other round or elongated root vegetables in facilities with high throughput: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice operations.
The abrasive disc rotates at 280 rpm, and one peeling cycle takes 120–180 seconds. Running continuously, the machine handles 150–180 kg of root vegetables per hour, with up to 15 kg loaded per cycle. The body and working chamber are made of stainless steel, the unit connects to a standard 220 V outlet, and power consumption is 0.75 kW.
