Sirman PPJ 6 SC Potato Peeler, 6 kg Batch Capacity

The Sirman PPJ 6 SC potato peeler automates the peeling of potatoes and root vegetables in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, where large volumes of side dishes and soups have to be prepared daily for several groups or departments at once.

The product is loaded into an abrasive-coated drum, and a rotating disc together with water removes the skin; the peeled batch is discharged automatically through a dedicated outlet. The machine body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the removable container together with the bottom peeling disc are dishwasher-safe and require no tools to remove.
