The EWT INOX TK3L is a manual vertical sausage stuffer for filling sausage casings with minced meat, suited to school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens that prepare their own sausages or pâtés. The compact 3 L cylinder is enough for small batches sized to a facility's daily menu.
The body and working cylinder are made of stainless steel, meeting food-equipment requirements and cleaning easily after handling minced meat. The stuffer is table-mounted for stability during manual filling. The set includes three plastic nozzles — 16, 19 and 22 mm in diameter — covering different sausage calibers without buying extra attachments.
