The Sirman IS 12 VX sausage stuffer (Italy) is a manual, vertical machine for filling sausage casings with minced meat in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities that make their own sausage products.
The 12 L cylinder is made of stainless steel with no internal edges or weld seams, which makes it easier to clean. The feed mechanism has two speeds for fast filling and precise final pressing. A set of three polyethylene funnels of different diameters is included as standard, and the vertical VX design has a no-spillage lock pin that lets the cylinder be reloaded without removing it.
