Robot Coupe R 402 Food Processor, 4.5 L Bowl

The Robot Coupe R 402 is a heavier-duty version of the cutter-and-vegetable-slicer food processor with a metal build, designed for substantial daily volumes of cutting and chopping. It suits school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens that prepare large batches of soups, main dishes, salads and sauces every day.

It runs on a 750 W induction motor with variable speed from 500 to 1500 rpm and a pulse mode, powered from a single-phase supply. The metal motor base withstands intensive daily use. The cutter bowl holds 4.5 L, made of stainless steel with a handle; a smooth stainless steel blade is included, and the unit ejects the finished product continuously. The vegetable slicer has three stainless steel feed hoppers — a 1.6 L half-moon hopper and two cylindrical hoppers (Ø 58 mm and Ø 39 mm) with an Exactitube pusher included. The disc set includes a 2 mm slicer, a 3 mm grater and an 8×8×8 mm dicing kit.
