The Ozti SPM 20 FC cutter is designed for chopping, mixing and homogenizing meat, vegetable and mixed masses in the kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions — schools, kindergartens and hospitals. The cutter is used for preparing minced meat, pates, fillings, purée-style dishes and other products that require fine, even chopping of large batches of raw material.
The model features inverter control, which allows the blade speed to be adjusted smoothly depending on the product type and the desired consistency, reducing motor strain and delivering steadier performance throughout a shift. Bowl capacity is 20 L. The unit runs on a single-phase 230 V NPE electrical supply at 50 Hz, with a motor power of 2.2 kW. Overall dimensions are 530×700 mm, net weight 83 kg.
