The Fimar CL3N cutter (Italy) is designed for chopping, grinding, kneading and mixing products in institutional kitchens of schools and healthcare facilities that need fast processing of meat, vegetables and other ingredients in small batches.
The 3 L bowl (ø210×105 mm, working volume up to 1.8 L) spins at 1400 rpm, delivering fast chopping performance. The casing and bowl are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the upper lid is clear food-grade polycarbonate. A knife with two sharp blades is included. Operation is protected by safety microswitches on the lid and bowl support base, plus a pressure switch; a motor brake is fitted to stop the knife quickly. Power output is 0.75 kW at 230-400V/3N/50Hz or 230V/1N/50Hz.
