The Hurakan HKN-CL6 tabletop bowl cutter with a 6 L bowl is designed for preparing pate, minced meat and hummus in batches for kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions, restaurants, meat shops and small production facilities.
A flat steel blade inside the stainless steel bowl chops the product as the bowl rotates and the blade moves against it — from coarsely chopped mass to a smooth paste. Blade speed is adjustable from 1,100 to 2,800 rpm. Maximum working load is 4 L, no more than two-thirds of bowl volume: this batch of meat or fish yields roughly 3–3.5 kg of finished pate or mince, enough for a restaurant or small production run per shift. The body and bowl are made of stainless steel, and a standard flat blade is included. A compact 300 mm depth lets the machine sit flush against a wall without taking up extra counter space.
