The CELME CUT L8 bowl cutter is the most powerful single-speed model in the CELME lineup, built for processing larger volumes of food in the kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions. With output of up to 5.5 kg/h and a 1.1 kW motor, it suits facilities whose daily processing needs exceed what the compact models in the range can handle.
The blades rotate at 1400 rpm, giving an even chop across the batch. The body and knife assembly with bushing are made of stainless steel, meeting sanitary requirements for food-service equipment. A transparent lid with a watertight seal and a dosing feeder lets staff monitor the process and add ingredients gradually. The model complies with European CE standards.
