The Sirman C-TRONIC 9 bowl cutter (Italy) is designed to process meat, vegetables and other ingredients when preparing minced meat, pates and fillings in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities.
The body is made entirely of anodised, polished aluminium, giving the unit stability and quiet running even at high speeds. The bowl is stainless steel with handles and a heavy base. Blade speed is adjustable from 500 to 2000 rpm, and the motor sits alongside the bowl, keeping the product isolated from motor heat.
